-You must return the item within 14 days from the date you received your shipment
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed and scent free with the tags attached
-Customers are responsible for return shipping fees
-Sale and swim items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
-If items are sent back past 14 days from the day the shipment was received, the customer is responsible for 20% restocking fee
-Shipping charges are not refundable

Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted towards store credit.

If you would like to exchange your article for a different size, you will need to return your unwanted item back to us. Once we receive your item, we will examine and approve your item and issue a store credit if all criteria for the Return Policy are met. Please place an order for your preferred size using your store credit. Our stunning styles sell out fast; because of this, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
When placing an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the Postal Service. We are happy to replace any items that are not marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered, Serenity Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Verify that you entered the correct shipping location
Contact your local Postal Service location with your shipping information handy to verify the location where the mailman dropped off the package
